LivingStone Electronics ships within 3 business days as our standard shipping policy including 24 hour handling time once all merchandise funds have cleared. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. Please understand your country and state restricted item list for specific shipping situation. Expedited shipping is available with a handling time of 48 hours dependent of shipping cutoff times and delivery at checkout. Though electronics are not restricted in most areas in and around USA,Canada,Europe and Asia.
International payments accepted ONLY through: Western Union, Credit Card, Zelle or Wire(bank to bank).
Please caution restricted items for your area. We are unable to ship expedited.

We offer VIP/Standard shipping; however, due to military handling time, delivery to such destination may take longer than normal 3days.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use such a forwarding company, We will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing, lost or have damaged in which we reasonably believe to be due or delivered by a parcel forwarding company, any carrier replaced is “at your own risk” as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
We regret that we are unable to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place a separate order for each address.

Please be aware of the following Holiday shipment delays
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Asian and Chinese Holiday & Chinese New Year. Please be aware of Holiday delay / natural disaster and weather delays for your area.
Should you decide to cancel a transaction, it is allowed unless the product has been shipped and packaged.
We want you totally satisfied. Should you reconsider your purchase for any reason, you will be given a return, refund or exchange for in-store purchase. Product must be returned in the original packing, unused and new. Our Company offers under competitive pricing; therefore, we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges for ALL instances. ALL returns are subject to validation and approval at LivingStone Electronics discretion before the returned mailing process. LivingStone Electronics regrets that we can not refund your original fee for the delivery of your item.
All return request must be made within 10 business days of the product delivery date. The money shall be returned in the manner it was charged. Please allow 5 to 30 days from the return date for the refunded funds as your credit card or bank have deemed such rules in which we have no control. LivingStone Electronics shall refund the amount within 48 hours of approved return.
We recommend tracking placement for items returned after approval as LivingStone Electronics will not be responsible for lost inventory while agreeing to a refund or exchange. Please ensure your return to LivingStone Electronics is in the original packing with a well-padded enveloped in order to prevent damage. Customer service will forward all return information upon approval through an email confirmation once your return is approved.

Tariff & Customs
LivingStone Electronics is not responsible for returning or refunding items via tariff tax or custom laws in which merchandise may be held or confiscated. Please understand the law in your country as many of our products are shipped and manufactured worldwide. Should an item be returned to us we can not refund shipping fee’s that originated on the product nor refund if the product is not returned.
